You have the right to not like it, to be wrong, or simply to change your mind...
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items to us within 14 days of their delivery date. To return an item to us, and in order to best process your return, please follow these steps:
1- Either you still have the delivery note and you attach it to your return package indicating what you want (exchange, refund)
2- Either on plain paper, you copy your contact details, order number and you indicate what you want (exchange, refund)

RETURN CONDITIONS
In accordance with the custom in distance selling, only items returned in their original packaging will be accepted. Consequently, returns of washed and/or worn clothing, without labels, as well as damaged boxes will be refused.
All products can be exchanged (while stocks last) or refunded.
As a reminder, return costs will be borne by the customer (post or carrier of your choice), except in the case of a defective item.
Please note, we insist that no returns will be accepted if the items are not intact, if they have been worn, washed, or incomplete, we will not be able to refund or exchange them...
They must be returned carefully folded in their original packaging (plastic pouch) accompanied by the label.
